Alumnae Skylar Yannello is currently appearing as Emma Carew in Jekyll and Hyde with the New Brunswick Drama Group.  It is a joy to see this bubbly, young soprano blossoming!

Alumnae Cape Miele made her debut with the Lyric Opera Studio of Weimar, Germany this July as the Contessa in Le Nozze di Figaro!  Watch for more from this young, stunning soprano.

Cynthia Springsteen-Balme and John Balme provide private music lessons for voice and piano. We have been teaching in Monmouth County since 1992 and we teach in our home in Middletown.

Between us we provide instruction in many areas of study. Cynthia is the leading classical voice teacher in Monmouth County. Working together with John as language and vocal repertory coach, Cynthia routinely places students in top university/conservatory voice programs. Every student applying to college in voice has been successful!

After many years of teaching piano and string instruments, John now teaches only piano and only to adult students. In connection with his position as the principal piano teacher at Brookdale Community College, John also teaches the special Piano for Procrastinators course provided by the Lifelong Learning program.
